Working in different mediums Polo's art ranges from conceptual to representational. He is inspired
by nature but also creates from ideas which can be whimsical and humorous. The two directions
often come together but merged or not, the common element is self-expression in relation
to his immediate surroundings and world events.

Polo has a Fine Arts Degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He also has a creative background in graphic design and illustration working in the Boston area.
